based on others achieving that

time. Decisions are also the
most neurologically taxing thing
that you can do. Your team needs
to know how to make decisions

list, assign all of your tasks
that require you to make a
decision in your business as
decide. The third D is delegate
delegation is the assignment of
outcomes and goals, not tasks to
other people. It's your team's
responsibility at this point to
make decisions within that area
or outcome. A struggle in this
process is that many business
owners feel like they don't have
the right talent to hand over
project and task ownership to
